Questions, answered plainly.
What happens at every visit?
The full sequence, every time: skim, brush walls and steps, vacuum, empty baskets and pump trap, test and balance the water, and check the equipment while it runs. You get an emailed report with photos and chemical readings before the technician leaves. If something looks off — a pump getting loud, a filter losing pressure — it's in the report with a recommendation.
Are chemicals included?
Yes. Your monthly price includes standard sanitization and balancing chemicals, dosed and logged at every visit. Unusual one-time corrections — a major stabilizer drain-and-dilute, a full green recovery — are quoted separately, in writing, before any work happens.
Do you repair equipment?
No, and on purpose. Nevada requires a licensed contractor for equipment repair and replacement, and that license belongs to our partner, Laguna Pool and Spa NV Lic. A10-41845 — the company our family has run for decades. Forte diagnoses the problem and hands it to Laguna, who contracts the repair with you directly. You get a licensed repair without ever searching for one.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Service is month to month. We keep clients by keeping pools, not by keeping paperwork. We ask for 14 days' notice so we can wind down your route properly.
